Getting started

Before Your First Close

We keep your books in QuickBooks Online. Before your first monthly close, we set them up once:

  • Your QuickBooks Online company, set up for your business.
  • Your bank and card accounts connected, so transactions flow in.
  • Categories that match how your business works.
  • Everything in place for the first close.

Onboarding and Tech Setup is $250, one time, and covers all four.

Already on QuickBooks Online? Add KeyLine as your accountant, and your books stay in your own account.

Don’t have QuickBooks yet? We’ll set it up together, side by side or over Google Meet.

Invoicing

Invoicing and Receivables

We send your invoices and keep track of who has paid. Accounts receivable is the money your customers owe you.

Standard
Light invoicing and accounts receivable
Plus
Full accounts receivable management: invoices sent, payments recorded, and a list of who’s overdue.
Starter
The invoicing add-on, $150 a month, plus sales tax

Crystal tells you which invoices are late and can resend any of them to you, to forward with your own note. She never contacts your customers about late payments.

Standard and Plus also include accounts payable. Accounts payable is the bills your business owes, recorded and tracked until they’re paid.

Invoicing and accounts payable carry Texas sales tax: see how it works on Prices.
